    Am I eligible for FREE RETURNS*?
    The Service is available at no additional cost to PayPal account holders who have registered for it at https://www.paypal.com.au/returns/. Paypal customers may make up to 8 claims per year. A cap of $45 per refund request applies. For more information on the PayPal Refunded Returns Service, see the General Conditions of Use.

    What is your GENERAL returns and exchanges policy?

    We offer returns for any reason and will refund the price of the goods (shipping costs excluded) or offer to exchange the item for one of equal or lesser value, provided that the item is in original condition, unworn and with tags still attached. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. When posting items for exchange or refund due to change of mind, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. If purchasing via Paypal, you may be eligible for FREE returns up to 8 times per year. Click here for terms and conditions.

    If you change your mind, email us at hello@theadorncollective.com.au within 14 days of purchase with the details of your order and we'll provide you with a return address. Jewellery must be returned unworn and with tags still attached. Once we recieve your return order, we'll issue a refund for the cost of goods only. Shipping costs are excluded.

    We do not offer refunds on sale items.

    What should I do if my item is faulty?
    You may return a faulty product to us for a full refund, a replacement, or a different product to the same value. Contact us at hello@theadorncollective.com.au and we will provide you with a return address. We'll pay for return shipping on those items we wish to be sent back to us. Items damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, The Adorn Collective will offer to repair genuinely faulty items. It may take up to 48 hours for your bank to process the refund.

    How do I cancel my order?
    If you want to cancel your order for any reason send us an email at hello@theadorncollective.com.au as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel it for you and give you your money back.

    NOTE: We try to ship as quickly as possible and the jewellery may already have left our warehouse when you attempt to cancel your order. If this happens, we'll let you know and provide you with a return address. You will need to return the jewellery to us unworn in order to receive your refund. We will return the full purchase cost (excluding shipping) once we have received the goods.
